Objectives of this role:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows.
Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory,



gate processes, and shipping methods
Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy.
Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
Maintain a secure and healthy work setting by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse regularly.
Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits and PPEs to ensure the secure working at warehouse.
Supervise end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, dispatch, and coordination with logistics partners.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensure efficient warehouse layout
