BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.

Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a robust PMO to drive end-to-end delivery for business transformation initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role (not reporting-only PMO), requiring ownership, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Candidates should be able to own delivery end-to-end, translate program outcomes into business value, and bring a solid governance mindset (Strategic Value Stream PMO, not basic PMO).





Key Responsibilities
End-to-End SVS Delivery Activities: manage the full program lifecycle (planning → execution → closure)
Governance & Reporting: define and drive governance, executive dashboards, and risk & issue tracking
Business Transformation: support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
Data Quality: maintain accurate data across all sources
Resource & Budget Management: plan resources, track budgets, and manage forecasts
Change Management: assess and manage change requests and their impacts
Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT

Required / Must-Have Skills
Robust governance experience
Proven delivery ownership (not just coordination)
Experience handling multiple stakeholders
Expertise in Risk & Issue Management, Executive Reporting, and Project Planning
