About The Cinnamon Kitchen

The Cinnamon Kitchen (TCK) is a growing D2C health-snacks and bakery brand building a modern, premium and differentiated presence in the better-for-you food space.

We are looking for a
Brand Manager
who can take ownership of the brand's growth, positioning and day-to-day marketing execution across digital and offline touchpoints.

The Role

The Brand Manager will be responsible for translating the brand vision into clear marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives that drive
brand awareness, engagement and business growth
.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Own and strengthen TCK's brand positioning, messaging and communication.
- Develop brand strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, relevance and differentiation.
- Understand consumer behaviour, category trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.





Campaigns & Marketing
- Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches and seasonal initiatives.
- Develop campaign briefs, objectives, messaging and go-to-market plans.
- Work with the Creative and Content teams to translate strategy into strong campaigns.
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing to ensure campaigns are supported across paid channels.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Product Launches
- Lead marketing planning for current product launches from concept to execution.
- Develop launch calendars, communication plans and key messaging.
- Coordinate with Product, Creative, Content and Operations teams to ensure launch readiness.
- Ensure new products have strong visibility across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

Content & Communication
- Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
