Key Responsibilities
- Lead NPD from ideation, 3D/2D design, prototyping to production.
- Develop products across plastic, MDF, acrylic, wood, metal, glass, cork, resin & Jesmonite.
- Lead material trials, R&D; and DFM activities.
- Develop desk accessories, home décor and corporate gifting products.
- Work with production teams on costing, sampling, tooling and quality.
- Build and lead a small design team as the function grows.

Requirements
- 5+ years of product/industrial design experience.
- Strong portfolio of physical products taken from concept to mass production.
- Robust multi-material and manufacturing knowledge.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks/Fusion 360 and/or Illustrator/CorelDRAW preferred.
- Injection moulding experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
