Detailed Job Description
Service Catalog Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Service Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Order Guides.
- Configure Variables, Variable Sets, Catalog Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Develop and maintain workflows using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
- Build intuitive forms and user-friendly self-service experiences.
Platform Development
- Customize and extend ServiceNow applications while adhering to platform best practices.
- Develop solutions using JavaScript, GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
- Configure Application UIs, Workflows, and Service Portal components.
- Perform data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
Integration & Automation
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Automate approval workflows, notifications, and fulfillment processes.
- Troubleshoot catalog-related issues and optimize system performance.
- Support deployment activities, release management, and production implementations.
