Tilak Builders and Promoters Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving project-wise revenue targets. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to maximize performance.
- Generate leads and ensure proper follow-up with potential customers.
- Manage customer meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM,



and project teams for smooth sales operations.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge, communication, and closing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial projects preferred).
- Proven experience in managing and achieving sales targets.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of local real estate markets and customer behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
