Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Aurangabad, Nasik, Ahmedbagar and Solapur . The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and manage relationships with distributors, resellers and dealers for surveillance products.

Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or channel-driven environments.
- Experience in the electronics,



security systems or related technology sectors, with an understanding of product features and customer use cases.
- Robust relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients, dealers, and integrators.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical products in clear, practical terms.
- Solid planning, organization, and analytical abilities for setting targets, tracking performance, and preparing accurate sales reports.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage pipelines, documentation, and forecasting.
- Ability to work on-site and travel within the region as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in
