About the Role

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition professional
with experience in
Non-IT Recruitment
, preferably in
Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals
.
- Handle recruitment for Manufacturing.
- Identify candidates from competitor and similar-industry companies.
- Coordinate with candidates and manage the recruitment process.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
.
- Non-IT / Manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with targets and timelines.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
