About The Company

Job Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, mechanics, workshops and automobile businesses to generate new customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Promote AKROL Lubricants products and explain product benefits, specifications and pricing.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
- Maintain daily visit, calling, sales and customer reports.




- Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team for timely order processing.
- Ensure proper market coverage and regular customer follow-up.

Candidate Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; sales experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and smartphones.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
