We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Procurement Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the procurement and sourcing of medical equipment and healthcare products, vendor management, supplier negotiations, and national and international tender procedures.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable suppliers and manufacturers, evaluating products and quotations, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibility:
- Manage the procurement and sourcing process for medical equipment, medical devices, and healthcare products.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable products, suppliers, and competitive pricing.
- Evaluate product specifications, quality standards, pricing, delivery timelines, and supplier capabilities.




- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms with vendors.
- Assist in national and international tender procedures related to medical equipment and healthcare products.
- Review tender requirements and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding product specifications, quotations, samples, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure that procured products meet applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or other supply-related matters.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, quotations, and other relevant documentation.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
