About Us

We are a growing event planning startup looking for a motivated and ambitious person to join us as a Business Development & Lead Generation Executive.

This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is confident, enjoys talking to people, and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, and the events industry.

Your Role

Your main responsibility will be to bring new business to the company by finding potential clients, approaching them, building relationships, following up, and helping convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Find potential clients through online research, social media, networking, referrals, cold calling, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Generate quality leads for our event planning services.
- Approach potential clients and understand their event requirements.




- Introduce our services and communicate our value effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings/calls with interested clients.
- Work with our team to share client requirements and prepare proposals.
- Help convert potential clients into confirmed bookings.
- Build relationships with corporates, wedding clients, societies, businesses, hotels, venues, vendors and other relevant contacts.
- Explore current opportunities and markets for business growth.
- Maintain a simple record of leads, follow-ups, meetings and conversions.
- Work towards monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
