Job Summary
The Learning & Development Lead is responsible for driving learning initiatives that enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance. The role focuses on identifying learning needs, designing and implementing learning solutions, managing learning programs and certifications, facilitating training interventions, evaluating learning effectiveness, and partnering with business leaders to build a continuous learning culture.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Planning
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and training requirements.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create annual learning plans.
- Align learning initiatives with business objectives and workforce development strategies.
- Develop and manage learning calendars, certification roadmaps, and development frameworks.
2. Program Design & Development
- Design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning solutions.
- Create learning journeys for employees, leads, managers, and emerging leaders.
- Develop competency-based learning programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Design assessments, evaluations, and certification frameworks.
3. Learning Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate workshops, leadership programs, communication training, and career development sessions.
- Aid in manage external training partners, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure high-quality learner engagement and learning experience.
4. Leadership & Talent Development
- Design and assist external consultants in Management Development Programs (MDPs).
- Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support for identified talent.
- Partner with managers to create development plans for employees.
5. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Manage LMS content, learning assignments, certifications, and reporting.
