Role Overview

We’re looking for a
driven and consultative B2B sales skilled
to drive enterprise growth across India and Southeast Asia. The role involves owning the complete sales cycle, acquiring new enterprise customers, and building relationships with senior HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive
new enterprise & mid-market customer acquisition
through strategic prospecting, outbound sales, networking, and referrals.
- Own the
end-to-end enterprise sales cycle
from lead generation and discovery to solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.




- Engage
CHROs, Talent Acquisition Leaders, L&D; Heads, HRBPs, and business stakeholders
.
- Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Understand client challenges and position
AI-powered HR Tech, Talent Intelligence, and Assessment solutions
based on business needs.
- Leverage knowledge of
Talent Assessments, Behavioural Assessments, Psychometric Assessments, and competency-based solutions
to create relevant customer propositions.
- Develop strategic accounts and identify
cross-sell and upsell opportunities
.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, sales forecasts, and pipeline data in
Zoho CRM
.

What We’re Looking For
