Role Summary

Looking for a robust Business Analyst / BSA with experience in DOC AI / IDP, process analysis, and business process transformation, preferably from Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with DOC AI/IDP teams on strategy, governance, and solution delivery.
- Identify processes where AI/IDP can deliver business value.
- Create AS-IS, TO-BE and Process Design Documents (PDDs).
- Gather requirements and work closely with SMEs, business owners and developers.
- Support developers with functional/technical blockers and review development approach.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and ensure solution alignment.
- Analyze processes and identify automation/improvement opportunities.
