About the Role : We are looking for a CRM Manager to handle the complete post-sales customer journey for our residential real estate project in Gwalior. The role involves customer coordination, collections, documentation, and working closely with the sales and site teams to ensure a smooth experience from booking to possession.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage customer relationships from post-booking to possession and post-possession support.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate documentation, registry, mutation, and other customer formalities.
- Maintain customer records, payment trackers, and MIS.
- Coordinate with the sales, site, and accounts teams for smooth execution.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, meetings, and site visits.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and regular communication throughout the customer journey.

Key Requirements:




- 5–6 years of experience in CRM, preferably in residential real estate.
- Solid communication, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Well-organized with strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler.

Location: Jaetal Vihar, Gwalior (Project Site)
Salary: ₹30,000–35,000 per month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
