Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation.

Site Management:Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Monitor and control project progress to meet timelines and milestones.

Quality Assurance:Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards.
Identify and rectify construction issues and deviations from plans.
Implement quality control measures and report any non-compliance.

Communication:Act as a liaison between the project team, subcontractors, and clients.
Maintain clear and effective communication channels to ensure everyone is informed about project developments.





Safety and Compliance:Enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.
Conduct safety audits and take corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Resource Management:Coordinate with procurement teams for the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Manage labor resources efficiently and optimize their productivity.

Problem Solving:Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and construction challenges.
Provide innovative solutions to overcome project obstacles.

Documentation:Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress reports, and site documentation.
Prepare as-built drawings and documentation for project closure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
