Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Explain the admission process and required documentation.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the backend team for smooth admission processing.
- Resolve student queries professionally.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and conversion repo
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
