Key Responsibilities • Call incoming leads and inquiries generated through digital marketing, referrals, and campaigns. • Explain hospital services, treatment options, and consultation process to patients. • Book OPD appointments for doctors and ensure proper follow-up. • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and patient responses in CRM. • Follow up with patients who showed interest but have not confirmed appointments. • Coordinate with patient coordinators and reception team for appointment confirmations. • Maintain daily call targets and conversion ratios. • Handle patient objections with empathy and clarity. • Share daily reporting with the team leader or sales manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
