Role Description
The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India.



The person in this role will advise customers on domestic and international travel options, design customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and tour packages. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing destination information, preparing quotations, and processing bookings and reservations using internal systems and partner platforms. The role involves coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and other partners, ensuring accurate documentation and timely confirmations. The Travel Consultant will also resolve customer issues, support post-booking changes, and contribute to improving travel products and services based on client feedback and market trends.
