We are looking for a
Senior Executive – Operations
with 3–5 years of experience in the
Payment Gateway / FinTech industry
to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day
Payment Gateway operations
, including Payin, Payout, Settlement and Reconciliation.
- Handle
merchant onboarding,



KYC verification and operational coordination
.
- Monitor transactions and resolve transaction-related issues within defined TAT.
- Prepare and maintain
daily MIS, settlement and reconciliation reports
.
- Coordinate with
Banks, Acquirers, Payment Gateway partners and internal teams
.
- Handle
refunds, chargebacks and dispute-related operational activities
.
- Monitor transaction success rates, failures and other operational parameters.
- Coordinate with the technical team for
API/integration and transaction-related issues
.
- Ensure proper follow-up and closure of merchant queries.
- Maintain operational records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvements.

Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in
Payment Gateway / FinTech Operations
.
- Positive understanding of
Payin, Payout, Settlement, Reconciliation and Chargebacks
.
- Experience working with
Merchants, Acquire
