Roles and Responsibilities :
- Role Purpose: To anchor CEP-level pricing analysis, competition benchmarking, and data consolidation across all three brands. This role will ensure timely, accurate, and actionable pricing inputs to support pricing governance, product actions, and field-level interventions. The role will operate in close coordination with regional business managers and sales teams, while providing high-quality analytics and dashboards for internal use to CO-Sales Head-Finance-PMD. Key Responsibilities (KRA): 1. CEP-Level Competition Pricing Intelligence

Manage and update the competition pricing portal with inputs from regional business managers.

Clean, validate, and standardize pricing inputs across models, segments, and geographies.

Track model-wise pricing movements across key competitors and identify pricing trends.

2. Pricing Analysis & Reporting

Build comparative pricing dashboards for Powertrac, Farmtrac, and Kubota vs key competitors.

Highlight price gaps, over-/under-positioning, and regional pricing anomalies.





Prepare monthly pricing insight reports to support internal pricing and product discussions.

3. Pricing Governance Support

Support in preparing pricing proposals and simulations for current launches or product repositioning.

Assist in evaluating margin implications of proposed pricing actions at the model/region level.

Monitor channel pricing practices to flag deviations or leakages.

4. Field Team Engagement & Capability Building

Drive structured pricing input collection from RBMs and ZMs through the portal.

Train field teams on consistent pricing data submission formats and competitive benchmarking.

Act as the SPOC for all portal-related escalations, improvements, and data accuracy.

5. Digital Tools & Dashboard Ownership

Maintain and enhance the pricing intelligence portal in collaboration with internal IT/digital teams.
