Role & responsibilities
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Report Sharing.
- Follow up & Tracking With On-field Sales team.
- Designing & Creation of different trainer contents such as making Product comparison charts.
- Product PPT designing.
- Designing & Creating On-field Team experience sharing.
- Provide Product demonstration Training for the better understanding of the product FAB.
- Make training plans as per the TNA & after consulting with the team. Perform surprise field visits at store and observe the all the aspects of demonstration, customer handling.
- For New join trainees provide Basic Product information of the Consumer durable.
- Ensure to properly handle Training and further have proper quality for the classroom and online trainings for the product down the line.
- Work on maintaining proper coordination throughout the team for smooth functioning.
- Conducting behaviour training and engaging the candidates to increase sales & customer relationship along with the knowledge regarding product and soft skills

Preferred candidate profile
- Good Computer Knowledge.



(MS-word/PowerPoint/MS Excel)-e-learning software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts and information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong ability to design and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and presentations that engage and educate participants.
- Solid understanding of the mobile industry, mobile devices, mobile applications, including mobile devices, technology trends, software applications, and market dynamics.
- Proficient in management and leadership principles, with the ability to effectively train and develop managers in the mobile industry.
- Ability to analyze training needs, assess performance gaps, and develop appropriate training interventions.
- Experience in providing individual coaching and mentoring to managers, supporting their professional development and growth.
