Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the sales growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable company solutions.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients and maintain solid relationships.
- Support the Business Development and Sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client discussions, and business opportunities.
- Prepare basic presentations, proposals,



and follow-up communications when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client support.
- Stay updated about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Knowledge or interest in the Solar/Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage.

Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Faridabad

Pay: ₹11,585.32 - ₹40,955.60 per month
