Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, primarily South Indian cuisine.
- Handle daily breakfast preparation and ensure timely service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and complete kitchen preparation before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices.
- Manage cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth breakfast operations.
- Assist with other kitchen-related duties as required.
