Job Role: Textile Store Executive

Job Description
Inventory and Stock Control:
- Track incoming yarn, fabrics, trims, and other textile materials against purchase orders.
- Update ERP systems, SAP, or Tally with accurate and real-time stock data.
- Maintain proper ledger records of stock movement and material transactions.
- Conduct routine physical stock audits and cycle counts to identify and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to prevent material degradation.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate inventory for production and retail requirements.

Material Handling And Quality Check
- Inspect raw fabrics and textile materials for defects, stains, damage, or quantity mismatches.
- Issue approved materials to production or retail floors through authorized material slips.
- Label, tag, and organize stock racks systematically for easy identification and retrieval.




- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material discrepancy reports.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of fabrics, garments, yarn, and trims to prevent damage.

Coordination And Compliance
- Inform management about reorder requirements when stock reaches minimum levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams regarding material deliveries, shortages, returns, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure smooth material supply.
- Maintain proper warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for inventory management and material preservation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
