About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical Procurement Executive to join Noise's procurement team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will drive a structured cost optimization program across procurement and sourcing activities, establish robust operational frameworks, and execute targeted savings initiatives to maximize total cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Cost Optimization Program: Own and execute structured cost-reduction initiatives across direct materials, packaging, logistics, and indirect procurement for Noise.
- Sourcing Framework Development: Build and standardize procurement frameworks including vendor evaluation metrics, total cost of ownership (TCO) models, and spend category baselines.
- Vendor Management & Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, evaluate vendor price breakdowns,



and optimize supplier terms to maximize margins without compromising quality or SLAs.
- Strategic Initiatives: Identify spend leakages, evaluate strategic alternative sourcing options, and streamline procurement operations across categories.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track spend metrics, price variances, and savings pipelines; present regular cost-efficiency reports to leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 25 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain cost optimization (experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or fast-moving consumer goods is a plus).
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in cost modeling, spend analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, and ERP/Procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Core Competencies: Proven negotiation skills, strong grasp of procurement SLAs, supplier relationship management, and commercial contracts.
