Role & responsibilities
- Drive sales conversions through outbound calls, referrals, online platforms, and field outreach initiatives.
- Proactively identify, contact, and nurture prospective customers through consistent follow-ups
- Articulate project specifics, including location, pricing structures, payment plans, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits to provide customers with guided project tours.
- Analyze customer requirements to provide tailored property recommendations.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Facilitate negotiations and guide customers through the end-to-end booking process.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and booking targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless documentation and transaction processing.
- Maintain comprehensive records of lead activity, site visits, and sales performance.
- Demonstrate a self-motivated, energetic, and customer-centric approach.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings,



sales, customer details and follow-ups.
- Identify recent sales opportunities and explore new customer segments and business areas.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, sales procedures and professional standards.
- Must be target-oriented, confident, energetic, presentable and result-driven.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in Real Estate Sales
- Proven experience in Field Sales and Team Management
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good knowledge of plots, layouts and property sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
- Good knowledge of Chennai real estate market is preferred
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
