Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive who can drive client acquisition, manage customer relationships, and boost revenue through effective sales strategies. This role requires someone who is persuasive, customer-focused, and skilled at closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both B2C and B2B clients, preparing tailored travel proposals, and traveling for meetings or ground-level inspections when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication
- Identify potential clients through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
- Promote company travel packages and services to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings with persuasive selling techniques.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Attend inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide timely responses, maintain rapport, and ensure a smooth client journey.




- Follow up on leads and existing clients for repeat and referral business.

Quotations & Proposals
- Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and proposals aligned with client needs.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, appealing, and delivered on time.
- Maintain and update a library of sales templates for quick responses.

Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate with hotels, transport agencies, and activity providers to source the best deals.
- Negotiate rates and inclusions to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
- Confirm bookings and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

B2B Sales & Partnerships
- Meet travel agents, corporates, and business partners to build robust professional ties.
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
- Develop new B2B channels to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
