TheMVP is a growing system integrator and IT hardware solutions company delivering custom PCs, workstations, servers, and AI/ML infrastructure to startups, enterprises, and professionals.

We are looking for a Sales Consultant who understands technology, communicates clearly, and can convert customer requirements into the right hardware solutions.

What you will do
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads for IT hardware solutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through cold calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
- Conduct product demos and presentations if needed.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable systems.
- Track leads and sales activity using CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, client interactions, leads, and sales forecasts.
- Meet and exceed assigned Sales targets and KPIs regularly.

What we are looking for
- 1–4 years of experience in IT hardware or B2B tech sales




- Basic understanding of PCs, workstations, servers, and GPUs
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Comfortable interacting with founders, IT heads, and procurement teams
- Target-driven with a consultative sales approach

Good to have
- Experience in system integration or enterprise hardware sales
- Exposure to AI/ML, GPU, or data centre hardware
- Existing network within the Mumbai tech ecosystem
