Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales and business development team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, lead generation, and client-handling skills with an interest in building a career in B2B/B2C sales and IT business development. Candidates with experience in lead generation, freelancing platforms, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, or IT/software services will be preferred. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience who are target-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow are encouraged to apply.

Role & Responsibilities
- Generate B2B/B2C leads through freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, cold emailing, online platforms, and other outbound channels.




- Research and identify potential clients, target companies, and key decision-makers based on business requirements and target markets.
- Create and submit customized, high-quality proposals on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar channels.
- Conduct initial client outreach, understand their business requirements, and communicate relevant IT, web development, and mobile app development solutions.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, project scope, timelines, and potential, and forward qualified opportunities to the BDM/Sales Manager.
- Schedule discovery calls and client meetings and support the senior sales team during client discussions.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Assist in addressing client queries and objections and support the sales team in moving prospects through the sale
