Job Description
Sales Team Management:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
- Track individual and team performance.
- Motivate team members to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure timely achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Property Sales
- Drive residential and commercial property sales.
- Develop strategies to generate recent business opportunities.
- Support the team in lead conversion and sales closures.
- Monitor the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.

Client Management
- Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
- Handle property presentations, negotiations, and site visits.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

Channel Partner Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand the channel partner network.
- Coordinate with channel partners to generate and convert property leads.

Performance & Reporting




- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Prepare and review sales reports.
- Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales closures.
- Provide regular performance updates to management.
