About AMONGST:
AMONGST is a curated marketplace bringing India's most distinctive sustainability-led fashion and lifestyle brands to conscious consumers in Europe. We're preparing to launch in Germany with a carefully selected group of Indian brands. We're currently in the final stages of building the business and are looking for someone to work directly with the Founder and help turn all of this into a functioning business.

The Role:
We're looking for a high-agency, exceptionally organised and proactive Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the Founder across brand onboarding, marketplace operations, growth, content and day-to-day business execution.

This is a generalist startup role. You won't be doing one thing every day. You might spend the morning following up with a brand for product information, preparing product data for the website developer in the afternoon, and then helping plan the next week's content or solve a completely recent task

The important thing is that you're comfortable figuring things out, following through and getting things done. Your job, in simple terms:



help the Founder keep the business moving.

Because AMONGST is preparing for launch, the role will evolve quickly from pre-launch execution → beta testing → live marketplace operations.

You will work closely with the Founder and external specialists, so you are not expected to be an expert in every function. What matters is your ability to learn quickly, coordinate effectively and take ownership.

What You'll Work On:

1] Brand Onboarding & Partnerships:
A major part of your role will be helping build AMONGST's initial portfolio of brands.
- Support outreach and follow-ups with Indian fashion and lifestyle brands
- Maintain the brand pipeline and CRM
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with founders
- Track each brand's onboarding stage
- Support pre-onboarding for interested brands
- Collect and organise product, brand, founder and sustainability information
- Identify missing
