Role Description

The Product Engineer will play a key role in designing, building, and improving the meetmagic.org platform to support networking, vendor collaboration, and impact-focused initiatives. In this full-time remote role, the Product Engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs into reliable, scalable features.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining product components, participating in product design discussions, conducting technical research and experimentation, and contributing to R&D; efforts that enhance platform performance and user experience. The role also involves analyzing usage data, troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflows, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product enhancements.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Product Engineering skills, with experience in building and maintaining modern web or platform-based products.
