Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Banquet & Event Chef to prepare and deliver high-quality food for weddings, corporate events, and special functions. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent food quality, timely service, and smooth kitchen operations during events.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to banquet and event menus.
- Ensure timely food production and service during events.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe standardization.
- Monitor food stock, ingredients, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI standards.
- Coordinate with the banquet service team for seamless event execution.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Follow all food safety and kitchen safety procedures.

Requirements




- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in banquet, catering, or hotel kitchens.
- Knowledge of Indian, Continental, or multi-cuisine food preparation.
- Ability to work under pressure during large events.
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
