We’re Hiring: HR Executive at TripUntold

Job Type: Full time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team and play a key role in building, engaging, and retaining our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Support, and other roles (posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews).
- Evaluate candidates’ communication, confidence, and suitability through structured interviews.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and handle probation confirmations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives (games, events, recognition programs, birthdays, etc.).




- Assist in implementing company policies (leaves, incentives, notices, etc.).
- Act as the bridge between employees and management.

What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong judgment to identify responsible candidates vs. short-term applicants.
- Proactive, organized, and people-friendly mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality.
