- More than 10 yrs of experience in HOME AUTOMATION INDUSTRY
- Lead and manage the Design, Project, and Service teams.
- Ensure timely and quality execution of all projects within budget.
- Review and approve technical designs, BOQs, drawings, and project plans.
- Allocate resources and monitor project progress across multiple sites.
- Oversee installation quality, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Drive timely closure of service requests and customer escalations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Accounts, and Operations for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and build a high-performing team.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly project status and MIS reports to management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
