About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team and drive sales of residential and investment plots. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, negotiation and team-management skills, along with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in plot/property sales.
- Previous experience managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Ability to handle clients and close high-value deals.
- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of real estate market is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
