Role Summary

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to manage marketing coordination between the brand and its network of channel partners (CP) and franchisees. You'll ensure consistent, on-brand execution across locations — from campaign rollout and collateral distribution to performance tracking and partner support.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for channel partners and franchisees
- Coordinate rollout of marketing campaigns, collateral, and promotional materials across partner/franchisee locations
- Ensure brand guideline compliance across all partner and franchisee marketing activities
- Track and report marketing spend, ROI, and campaign performance at the partner/franchisee level
- Liaise with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to fulfill partner marketing requests
- Manage local marketing budgets and co-op/reimbursement marketing programs
- Onboard new franchisees and partners on marketing processes, tools,



and brand standards
- Maintain and update the marketing asset library so partners always have current materials
- Monitor competitor and local market activity to flag opportunities and risks

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, channel marketing, or franchise marketing
- Experience working with channel partners, franchisees, or multi-location businesses preferred
- Solid project management and cross-team coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or project management tools a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
