Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Packing Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate packing, dispatch, and inventory-related records. The candidate will enter packing data into the system, verify documents, and coordinate with the packing and warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
Enter daily packing and dispatch data accurately into the computer system.
Prepare and maintain packing lists, invoices, labels, and dispatch records.
Verify quantities, product codes, batch numbers, and other packing details.
Update inventory and packing status in Excel or company software.
Check data for errors and correct discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate with packing, warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
Maintain proper records and documentation for daily operations.




Generate daily/weekly packing and dispatch reports.
Follow company procedures for data accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements
12th pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Typing accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain records systematically.
Freshers can apply; experience in packing, warehouse, or data entry is an advantage.
