Total Experience Required: 8–14 years of overall relevant experience (exact level determined based on candidate profile).
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI experience is mandatory; candidates with 8–14+ years of BFSI experience will be considered for the more senior band of this role.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale analytics/data transformation projects
Apply Agile and Protected methodologies to plan, track,
and manage delivery
Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across business, data, and technology teams
Own delivery governance, risk management, and reporting for assigned initiatives
Support Business Transformation objectives through structured, delivery-focused project management
Required / Must-Have Skills
Solid PM skills with a demonstrated ability to drive and deliver large-scale, end-to-end projects
Project management experience within banking or financial services
Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies
Strong communication skills and delivery-focused Business Transformation project experience
Preferred / Positive-to-Have Skills
Data project experience (desirable but not mandatory)
