We are looking for a Client Relations Executive who can build solid client relationships while driving bookings and ensuring smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, brands, event organizers, and partners.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable artists and entertainment solutions.
Handle inbound inquiries and proactively follow up with potential clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Negotiate commercials and close bookings while meeting business targets.
Coordinate with internal teams, artist managers, and clients for seamless event execution.




Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the booking and execution process.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, proposals, and bookings.
Identify prospects for upselling and developing long-term client relationships.

Requirements
6 months–3 years of experience in Client Relations, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Event Management, Influencer Marketing, or Brand Partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.
Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
