Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert them into admissions/sales.
- Contact prospective students/customers through calls, visits, and other channels.
- Explain courses, programs, offers, and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and admission targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and customers.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission and customer onboarding.




- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with sales/marketing experience will be preferred.
