Shubh Sales Products Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized distributor of leading building material brands including Armstrong, Gyproc, USG Boral, Hilux, Bison, Everest, and UP Twiga .

We work closely with contractors, architects, interior professionals, and project owners , providing reliable products, timely delivery, product expertise, and professional customer service.

? Role: Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location: New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients
- Promote and sell our portfolio of branded building materials
- Conduct client meetings, project visits, and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery
- Conduct product presentations and support client/partner training sessions
- Participate in promotional activities and industry events
- Maintain accurate sales reports and track performance against targets
- Share market feedback and identify new business opportunities

✅ What We're Looking For




- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development

• Experience in building materials, construction, interiors, or related industries will be preferred

- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve targets
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Knowledge of distributor/channel sales will be an advantage

• Basic proficiency in MS Office

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
