About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident freshers who want to start their career in real estate sales and marketing.

A major part of this role will involve conducting market and customer surveys across multiple locations in

Varanasi for our upcoming residential project. You will interact directly with potential customers,

understand their property requirements, collect market insights and help our team understand what customers are looking for in the upcoming project.

This is a field-oriented role, so candidates should enjoy meeting people, travelling locally and working on-ground.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Customer Survey — Primary Responsibility

Conduct surveys across multiple locations in Varanasi for our upcoming real estate project. Visit residential areas, commercial locations and other identified markets.

Interact with local residents, working professionals, families and potential homebuyers.

Understand customer preferences regarding location, budget, unit size, configuration, amenities and lifestyle requirements.

Collect genuine customer feedback and market information.

Identify potential customers who may be interested in the upcoming project.

Maintain accurate survey records and submit regular reports to the team.

Share important market observations and customer feedback with the management.

1. Sales & Lead Generation

Generate and identify potential property leads during surveys and field activities. Follow up with interested customers through calls and meetings.

Coordinate customer meetings and project/site visits.

Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.

1. Marketing Activities

Support local marketing and promotional activities. Assist in property campaigns, exhibitions, events and promotional drives.

Help the team understand local market trends and customer behaviour.

Represent the company professionally during field activities.

Mandatory Requirements

Valid Driving Licence

Own Two-Wheeler

Own Laptop

Own Smartphone

Comfortable with regular field visits across Varanasi

Comfortable interacting with people from different backgrounds

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets will be an advantage

What You Will Get

Rs. 10,000 monthly salary during the 3-month probation period.
