We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Brand Partnerships & Business Development Manager to join our team at Monk of Kalyuga .

The candidate will be responsible for bringing new business opportunities, building relationships with brands and clients, and creating strategic collaborations around content creation, podcasting, personal branding, video production, and creator marketing .

This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital content ecosystem and can confidently approach brands, founders, entrepreneurs, creators, and businesses to generate partnerships and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach brands for potential collaborations with our clients, creators, founders, and talent.
- Identify potential clients who require content creation, podcast production, personal branding, video production, and digital content services .
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals, events, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, marketing teams, founders, agencies, and decision-makers.
- Pitch Monk of Kalyuga's services and develop customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Develop brand collaboration opportunities, sponsorships, paid partnerships, and content campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal content, production, and creative teams.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Research brands and identify suitable partnership opportunities for our clients and talent.
- Develop long-term relationships with brands and clients to generate repeat business.
- Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, conversions, and revenue.




- Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing, personal branding, podcasting, creator economy, social media, and branded content .

Required Experience The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:

- Digital marketing agency
- Marketing or advertising agency
- Podcast production company/studio
- Media or content production studio
- Creator/influencer marketing company
- Personal branding agency
- Social media or content marketing company
- Brand partnerships or sponsorships
- B2B sales and business development

Experience working with brands, creators, founders, entrepreneurs, or personal brands will be highly preferred.
