As part of our expansion in Karnataka, we are strengthening our Bengaluru operations and are looking for experienced professionals to drive our Outdoor Advertising business.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in Out-of-Home (OOH) Advertising. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in advertising sales, business development, client relationship management, agency coordination, and revenue generation within the Outdoor Advertising industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive advertising sales for Bengaluru Metro Pillar Advertising and other OOH media assets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, brands, advertising agencies, and media agencies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with media agencies, advertisers, media planners, media buyers, and key decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's client base in Bengaluru and Karnataka.
- Prepare media plans, sales presentations, proposals, rate cards, and commercial quotations.
- Present OOH advertising solutions based on client campaign requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close advertising contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
- Follow up on campaigns, renewals, collections, and repeat business.




- Monitor Bengaluru OOH market trends, competitor activities, and advertising demand.
- Identify recent clients, sectors, and business opportunities for Metro and other OOH assets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and client activity records.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 38 years of experience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH) Sales.
- Strong experience in Metro Advertising / Metro Pillar Advertising will be highly preferred.
- Experience in Hoardings, Bus Shelters, Transit Media, Gantries, Unipoles, Street Furniture, or other OOH media.
- Strong network with advertising agencies, media agencies, media planners, media buyers, and corporate clients.
- Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, sales, and revenue generation.
- Strong Bengaluru market knowledge and existing client/agency relationships preferred.

QUALIFICATION Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related discipline. MBA in Marketing / Sales is preferred.

IMPORTANT

Only candidates with relevant Outdoor Advertising (OOH) experience will be considered.

Candidates with direct experience in Metro Advertising and Bengaluru OOH sales will be given preference.
