15. Making business plans for new programs and getting approvals from management
16. Participate in technical & commercial discussions
17. Closely working with design and component development team for localization of child parts, VA VE ideas
18. Share of Business (SOB) tracking & Competition analysis
19. Develop strategies to meet both customer and internal timeline
20. To carry out the yearly Commodity / Forex amendment working as per the agreed rule with customer
21. Cost impact calculation for engineering change




22. Recovery of obsolescence and air freight cost of imported components from customer due to
23. design/schedule changes
24. Carrying out customer satisfaction survey
25. Business controlling (monitoring customer settled pricing rules, profitability)
26. Account reconciliation of all customers, payment follow up and monitoring of customer deductions and rejections
27. Monitoring timely dispatches as per customer requirement in coordination with the plant
