About HomesakeHomesake is a fast-growing home décor and lighting brand building beautiful products for modern homes. We sell across multiple e-commerce platforms and are rapidly expanding our presence across marketplaces in India and international markets.

We are looking for a high-energy E-commerce Intern who wants to learn how a real e-commerce business is built and operated.

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly on product listings, marketplaces, campaigns, catalogues, promotions, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

What You Will Do

- Manage and maintain product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, images and other catalog information.
- Monitor listing health, product visibility, pricing, inventory and availability across marketplaces.
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue, inventory, pricing, photography and product information.
- Assist in launching new products across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, deals and seasonal events.
- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and visibility.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, products, promotions and marketplace trends.
- Analyze basic e-commerce data such as sales, traffic, conversion, returns and campaign performance.
- Identify listing issues, suppressed products, catalog errors and other marketplace problems and work towards resolving them.
- Maintain accurate marketplace trackers and reports.
- Work with the team to improve the overall customer journey and presentation of Homesake products online.

- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with numbers and data.
- Willingness to learn marketplace platforms and tools quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive attitude — we want someone who identifies problems rather than waiting for instructions.
- Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or other marketplaces is a plus, but not mandatory.
