Role & responsibilities:

Develop industrial B2B business for water, wastewater, ETP/STP, RO/UF/DM, boiler and cooling-water chemicals and related solutions; deliver profitable revenue and collection targets.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Build a territory/account plan; identify decision makers, applications, consumption, incumbent suppliers and replacement triggers.
2. Generate and qualify leads through visits, referrals, consultants, OEMs, channel partners, tenders and digital enquiries.
3. Conduct discovery with site and process data; coordinate sampling, jar tests, audits and trials before making claims or recommendations.
4. Prepare technically correct and commercially viable proposals covering product, dosage basis, operating method, value case, terms and service scope.
5. Negotiate without uncontrolled discounting; protect contribution margin, payment terms and approval discipline.
6. Own follow-up from trial to purchase order, dispatch,



commissioning/service handover, complaint closure, repeat order and payment collection.
7. Update CRM accurately and submit realistic forecasts, lost-order reasons and competitor intelligence.

Core competencies: - Technical: Basic treatment chemistry, coagulation/flocculation, pH correction, disinfection, RO pretreatment/CIP concepts, boiler and cooling-water fundamentals, chemical dosing and safe handling.

Commercial: Pipeline math, value selling, proposal quality, margin awareness, negotiation, payment terms and receivable follow-up.

Behavioural: Curiosity, ownership, persistence, integrity, explicit communication, cross-functional coordination and disciplined reporting
