About Sidharth Furniture

Sidharth Furniture is a furniture showroom dealing in a wide range of home and office furniture, including beds, sofas, sofa-cum-beds, dining tables, wardrobes, mattresses and office furniture.

We are looking for a confident and sales-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage our IndiaMART inquiries and convert online leads into showroom visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Check and manage daily inquiries received through IndiaMART.
- Contact new leads promptly through phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and product preferences.
- Share relevant product photos, videos, prices and catalogues through WhatsApp.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Regularly follow up with interested customers and old leads.
- Convert qualified leads into showroom visits.
- Follow up with customers who have visited or are planning to visit the showroom.
- Maintain customer and lead information in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Categorise leads as Hot, Warm or Cold.
- Maintain a proper follow-up schedule for every lead.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding incoming customers.
- Track orders and sales generated from online inquiries.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales/lead reports.




- Record reasons for lost leads and help identify opportunities for improvement.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales-oriented and able to handle customer objections.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and computers.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, IndiaMART, furniture sales or customer handling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply.
